Avakian Interiors was born from the idea that everyone deserves a beautiful space to call home. Created by Any Avakian and Talia Rosen, the duo works together to design homes that are a true reflection of their clients’ needs and personalities. Avakian Interiors serves clients throughout South Florida, leaving the signature Avakian Interiors touch on all projects they work on. They are most known for creating minimal and sophisticated interiors that are luxurious, refined and always have a touch of the unexpected. From large scale remodels, to simple and quick makeovers, Avakian Interiors can help you bring your ideas to life. 

What We Offer

Avakian Interiors is a full-service residential interior design studio. We can help throughout all phases of your project. From project kickoff, we work closely with architects, builders and clients to review kitchen and bathroom designs, select materials and finishes, hardware and revisit lighting plans. We’re with you every step of the way until project completion, when we select furniture, lighting fixtures, area rugs, wall and window treatments, and decorative accessories. Our residential Interior design services include:

• Initial free in-person design consultation to see your home, or new build floor plans to discuss your project goals and vision

• Collaborating on a budget with you to ensure we adhere to it 

• Development of a comprehensive design proposal

• Developing a project timeline and design plan

• Site visits to keep the project on schedule and in line with our design proposal
